By accessing or using Xeno Tech's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
About Xeno Tech
Xeno Tech is an umbrella brand that organizes and oversees multiple projects and sub-brands developed by AnimatedGTVR. Xeno Tech is not a registered company and does not legally own any intellectual property. All projects are developed and maintained by AnimatedGTVR under the Xeno Tech brand.
Description of Service
Xeno Tech is an umbrella brand under which AnimatedGTVR develops open source software projects, documentation, and community resources. Main projects include Abora and Praxis (OSPL - community-friendly), and TinyPM (FSPL - fair source).
User Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- •Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- •All activities that occur under your account
- •Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- •Use our services for any illegal purpose
- •Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- •Interfere with or disrupt our services
- •Upload malicious code or content
- •Impersonate others or provide false information
Intellectual Property
Our open source projects are released under GPL v3, OSPL, or FSPL unless otherwise specified in individual project repositories. The Xeno Tech name, logo, and branding are owned and controlled by AnimatedGTVR, used as an umbrella brand to organize multiple projects.
GPL v3: Used for Linux distribution components and system tools. Ensures modifications remain open source.
OSPL: Open Source Public License for Abora and Praxis. Community-friendly with free logo use and content creation rights.
FSPL: Fair Source Public License for TinyPM. Allows community contributions while protecting commercial use rights.
Open Source Software
Our software is provided under open source licenses (GPL v3, OSPL, or FSPL). Community contributions, learning, auditing, and content creation are encouraged. Please refer to each project's LICENSE file for specific terms governing your use of that software.
What Open Source Means Here:
